Service Description

A hands on approach to discomforts created by tension, stress, posture and movement patterns. Various techniques applied, as per personal requirements. Includes, but not limited to: Swedish, deep tissue, lymph drainage, trigger point, fascia release, shiatsu, reflexology etc. Aromatherapy included in all treatments, unless contra-indicated. Please note that treatment times include pre/post prep. Max 90min appointment time.
